Do you have a physical store?
Yes. We display and sell perfumes in our Miami location. Our address is: 2410 NW 20 St Miami, Florida 33142.

Do you wholesale perfumes?
Yes, we wholesale perfumes.

Can I buy through your website?
Yes. You can buy all of our products through our website.

Do you wholesale perfumes through your website?
No. You can contact us through ourcontact form, by phone at (786) 275-4002, or by email(ventas@bestperfumesmiami.com) and we will send you a list of prices.

What is the process to get a wholesale quote?
Once you request a quote, we will offer you a list of wholesale prices. Once you select the quantity, your pricing will be based on the amount of products you acquire.

Which is the minimum amount of products for a wholesale order?
18 pieces.

If I'm in another country, and I want to buy a product, can you send it to me?
We can send you the product, you just have to specify which courier you want us to use. However, we don't recommend that you pay for a courier when purchasing one single product, because couriers are usually a little expensive, sometimes even more expensive than the product itself.

If I'm in another country and I buy wholesale perfumes, can you send them to me?
We can send your package internationally, just let us know which courier you want us to use.

I want to buy wholesale perfumes and I need you to take care of the shipping methods. Can you do that for me?
When you contact us, specify your location and we can find the shipping methods for you.

How long does it take the product to arrive after placing my order?
Product delivery depends on the country we ship it to. There are countries like Colombia, where the shipping can take up three days. Shipping to Venezuela can take up to 20 and 25 days. In each country, taxes and volume are considered.

Who is responsible for shipping?
Once the payment is processed, we hand over the products to the courier assigned by the client. We are not responsible for the shipping cost or courier service.

If there are any problems with the shipping, who is held accountable?
Shipping methods may vary in every country. Best Perfumes Miami is not responsible for this particular type of issues. These are the client's responsibility.

Is there any type of promotion?
We currently are not offering any promotional packages, however, according to the volume of the order, we can agree on a preferential price.

Do you offer over-night shipping services?
Shipping is dependent on the country and the shipping provider.


Do you accept returns?
Every product for sale at Best Perfumes Miami is original and will not be sold if it is not in good condition, therefore, returns will not be necessary. We accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods can I use?
If you decide to buy in our store, you can pay using a debit or credit card, or using cash. If you're interested in buying wholesale perfumes you can use a wire transfer, or a check. After the payment is confirmed, we proceed with the shipping.
